I wore this romper on a girls' night out in April while the night air still had a chill to it, so it was the perfect outfit compromise. The tall gladiator sandals gave some volume to the bottom of my outfit accenting the busy pattern. It was very comfortable to wear and I love the pattern. I snagged this romper for 10$ at H&M! I love their sales and I wish they would put a store here.

I chose to recreate this outfit only because I knew I had similar clothes to pull it off. In the end though, it wasn't quite my style. The last outfit I posted wearing these yellow jeans was much more me. I do like the pretty pastel colors in the outfit, reminding me of upcoming Easter, and this also gave me the opportunity to wear my new pink coat for the first time.

I scored this white shirt dress for only 10$ online at H&M! Soon after, I found this inspiration photo that I could replicate. Because of the length of the dress I had to wear short boots to balance the look. To give the outfit even more edge I wore a goldtone military type plated belt with my leather jacket. It was a casual and fun outfit to wear.

It was so easy to throw this open neck shawl over my plaid button up to look put together like the inspiration photo. These dark brown slouch boots are getting more wear than I expected. There seems to be similar boots in many of my inspiration photos; maybe I subconsciously knew that when I bought them. Do you ever see something when you're shopping and feel like you have something that matches it, but can't remember what it is? This happens to me all the time!

I know I'll have this faux shearling vest for many years to come; it really is a classic piece to have in my closet. It makes a very simple outfit very cute and comfy like this look here. I really like the contrast between the light tan vest and dark brown boots (another great find at Walmart).

I went out to dinner with my husband and sister for my birthday. I hadn't planned what I was going to wear like I usually do, so I threw this on in a hurry. I bought this pretty shawl cardigan at Walmart a few days ago and it matched my new gray flats and bag perfectly. It was raining that night and just a little cool outside, making it perfect weather for this cardigan.

I loved the fit, feel and look of this cardigan so much that I bought it in another pattern also. I'm going to wear it with blue skinny jeans:

Isn't this yellow neon sweater cheerful in the middle of this dreary time of year? It has been gloomy and rainy around here lately, so I loved wearing something bright, reminding me of spring/summer. I still can't believe how much wear I'm getting from these 1$ jeggings I found on clearance at Walmart last year. This was an easy, simple outfit to replicate that took little thought or changes (I love those).
